For a more self contained system, with no external vent, I expect you could come up with an arrangement using something like the "bio char" filter in a previous post. A properly functioning composting system does not have a strong odor (not nearly as bad as a holding tank vent) so charcol/biochar would probably be sufficient to absorb the odor.

Or, for an on deck vent fashion something like a traditional dorado vent.
