control Glacier Bay HFC 134A system not working

Hi there,
My ancient Glacier Bay single holding plate is still going strong but the control (ECM digital control thermostat) is not functioning at the moment. I can only turn the system off or on. When it is on it does not stop at any temperature. I had a repower last yr and was left with some loose wires in the engine compartment. Does anybody have an electric plan for the ECM digtal control? (This is the control with SP1 and SP2) Thanks!!

The issue is that I do not know whether the unit is broken or whether there are wires not connected. I guess the only way to find out is getting a pro looking at it?
