Convert diesel heating to AC ?

I have a 37ft motor cruiser with an Eberspacher diesel heating system, we also have an 8kva generator.

Is there any easy way to replace the heater with an ac unit, or fit one in parallel, to avoid having to install all new ducting ?

Re: Convert diesel heating to AC ?

Your existing heating system has a smaller duct size that what is required for air conditioning.
It is probably more expedient to install the AC as a separate system. Return air being a primary consideration for operational efficiency.

My current setup is separate ac zones using their fans for circulation when the independent salon diesel heater is operating
