Cruisair Compressor Replacement

We have a Cruiser FX16-P 16,000 BTU heating/cooling system that is approximately 12 years old. I believe the compressor has seized up and is simply not working. We've checked the power supply and start capacitor. Both ok. Trips the breaker almost the minute it's switched into Cooling mode. Brief hum, but no vibration from the compressor. I'm looking for a replacement for this R22 system. Anyone have any experience with this?

12 years old... I hate to say this, but it's probably better to just replace it. We have 2 similar vintage systems, and I have an EPA Cert. I wouldn't replace a compressor, unless the rest of the system looks really, really good.
