Cruisair SXF water not flowing through unit

Hi,
I have a problem with all my aircon units in that they arent producing much heat. This one, the largest is a SXF16 (16,000 BTU) and it doesnt produce any heat at the moment and sometimes cycles on and off. Anyhow we confirmed today that the sea water pump is running. Water pressure at the unit is very high, therefore it's getting water but no water is flowing out of the unit.

we suspect a blockage inside the unit is the problem, and perhaps the other units are getting blocked.

Is there any way of servicing these units? Does anyone have a technical drawing? Can anyone suggest any way of unblocking? I'm guessing it's a salt build up over years of use.
