Dripping head faucet

Does anyone know how to get access to the valves on this faucet? It has a slow drip and I figure they just need to be tightened a little but I can't figure out how to get the handles off. I tried prying the little colored cap out of the center assuming there would be a screw under it but I couldn't get it out.

Should be a screw under those caps someone may have glued them in or they’re just tight and deep. It will need to be pulled apart and new seals ($5 at most hardware stores). Simply tightening the screw won’t do anything as it only holds the handle on. Easy job though good luck
