Duckbill valve barely opens
Hi everyone,

While testing my bilge pump today I decided to have a look at the anti siphon and found that the duckbill valve opens just a tiny bit (see attached pics). Even when I squeeze its tips, it still doesn't open more than that. Is this normal or does it need replacing?
