Fresh water system - multiple tanks

Where is your tank pick up ? If from the top of the tank the dip tube may have a leak inside the tank. Otherwise I would cap off your line before the manifold and pressurize the tank with air then look for leaks, Two psi would be enough to do the job I have used lung power and a check valve to pressurize a tank looking for leaks in the system.

Okay problem solved!

Finally got to a chandlery and got a new connection from hose to tank. Yay success!
