Fynspray WS62 Spout swivel?

Does the horizontal spout on the Fynspray WS62 manual galley pump swivel or is it fixed?
As in if the pump was mounted in middle of a two bowl sink can the spout be swiveled to put water in the left or right bowl?

I have looked up everything I can on line about them, but that particular feature is not mentioned.

OK thanks, I was kind of guessing it was fixed since in the description nothing was mentioned about it swiveling, but thought I'd ask just in case.
