Gulfstar 43 MKII - Do you know where the water lines from the Galley run to

OK, Gulfstar owners, Curious if you all happen to know the answer to the following, Pictures uploaded for reference. I have a Gulfstar 43 MKII. Sometime in the past someone has (I assume) run new water lines for the pressure water and instead of running them under the floor ran them above the floor around the edge of the galley (See first picture for reference). I would like to route them under the floor and I presume they were once there. In both pictures the area circled in red is a small opening below the floor accessing part of the bilge that I assume the old water lines must have been in. I have tried to use fish tape and shine light through that hold toward the ending room (away from the bow) to see if I can figure out where this part of the bilge may go.
So my question to the groups is...
1) If you have this boat, is the area in red where the hot/cold pressure water come up into your galley (not along the floor)
2) Do you know where this section comes out in the engine room, or above the water tank under the sole, etc?

Thanks in advance if someone happens to know. (I Am trying to save pulling up the sole

Goes from water tank in hatch in tally floor to port side back to engine room. You should be able to fish it through. Have a 43 Mark II. Cris,

Re: Gulfstar 43 MKII - Do you know where the water lines from the Galley run to

Thanks DragonFly. I was able to fish it through eventually. We found it a bit challenging to get it done, but did do it. We ended up replacing all of the old lines with the PEX style lines to allow for any pressure fluctuations that we may face and reduce the # of 90 degree fittings for better flow to all fixtures.
Not sure if it is helpful, but here are a couple of blog posts we did on this topic.
New Plumbing lines installed

Plumbing project Continued

Now we have started the whole process over on our newest boat (S/V DreamChaser)
