After a hard night drinking and eating pizzas, manatees have been known to tap into fresh water lines in boats and under docks.
In years past people would hang a hose over the dock and a piece of hemp rope so the manatees could drink and floss their teeth. This is now prohibited by Federal Law hence the repositioning of plumbing and lack of water pressure. But...Happy trails to you.
