Help Identifying Toilet

The electric toilet on my Nord West 370 Coupe is leaking. The plastic flange that attaches to the macerator is cracked. I am struggling to identify this toilet as it has no branding or serial numbers. Anyone know what it is ?

Re: Help Identifying Toilet

There's writing at the top of the base in your first photo that might provide a clue to to the make. I couldn't enlarge it enough to read it.

How old is the toilet? Is it original to the boat?

Unfortunately Nord West is out of business and I could find no information re the make/model of the various systems on their boats. A broker named "itBoats" has used Nord Wests for sail...you might have luck learning the make/model of the toilets from them. However...
If original as I suspect, your toilet is 10-13 years old (the date range that the 370 was in production), so even you're successful in IDing the make/model of the toilet and IF they're stilll in business, it's likely that no repair parts that fit it are still available for a version that old. So IMO, its time for a new toilet.
Dometic is available in Europe and prob'ly also in the UK...their "MasterFlush" (US name for it) macerating toilet is decent quality, reasonably priced and will have their name on them!

Re: Help Identifying Toilet

Thanks Peggie, I have already emailed one of the people who used to be involved with Nord West. It’s probably original from 2010. If I can’t get parts then I’ll need to look at replacing with whatever I can get in Croatia at short notice

Re: Help Identifying Toilet

I’m case anyone else has this problem I tracked the toilet down as a Johnson SPX pump. Spares are available.

I also found out that many manufacturers use the same 4 bolt , 95mm radius, fitting to connect the toilet bowl to the base so you might be able to mix and match other branded and generic pump fittings

Re: Help Identifying Toilet

That gives me the info I need to know model...it's one of the Aqua T electric toilets. There are two--Aqua T Standard and Aqua T Silent. And yes, if your bowl mounts using the usual 4 bolt pattern, you can use it with any pump/motor assembly that uses the same 4 bolt mounting pattern including most other brands.
