How do I recharge coolant?

I have searched and searched online for this answer and have so far come up empty.

I have a Webasto Platinum 16,000btu aircon from 2019, and I keep getting E3 error message, which says in the manual that the coolant is low. However, when I look up ways to recharge it, it says "no user serviceable parts, contact manufacturer for repair options".

Did Webasto really make it impossible for me to recharge the coolant?

Re: How do I recharge coolant?

This is, I believe, an R410A system. Do you have the equipment to handle R410A?

It is not impossible to do for someone with the equipment and training. Any licensed refrigeration tech could do it, once the leak was fixed.
