How much pressure is too much?

I have a Par-Max 3.0, 50psi (3.0gmp/11.3lpm) water pump for a galley sink, head sink/shower and transom shower.

I have no intention of running more than one faucet at a time.

50psi seems high to me. I would have expected 25 or 30 maybe.

What is everyone else running?

I am rebuilding my water lines piece by piece as the connections start leaking and am curious if the initial psi from the pump is just too much to begin with and pooching out the connections.

The last one to leak was right at the pump. Hopefully that one is just the
O-ring.

Mine's a 40psi (similar boat)

Do you have the 15mm plastic pipe and push connect fittings?
