Instant diesel hot water

Just came across this product entirely by accident... Claims to be a diesel instant hot water system and really quite cheap.

I'm somewhat skeptical, very limited specs on the website and even Google image reverse search doesn't come up with anything useful.

Thoughts?

It looks like the instant gas hot water, I guess it just burns diesel instead of gas (propane) - ok for outside install,unlikely good for in cabin - CO issues.
