Yup - Was able to resurrect mine a couple of times this way.

I don't want to rain on your parade but it has been my experience that once you start having problems with these cheap toilet's, the problems tend to return. Hope you have better luck then most of us.

Yup - Eventually I needed the joker valve replaced and bought the kit.
