Kuuma Hot water heater - anode socket size

Just been through a painful process of replacing the seized anode bolt, in the end got it with Loctite Freeze and Ryobi cordless rattle drill, brute force was not working, there was no sealant or tape on the fitting which is steel. For those doing this for first time the socket for the standard anode is 1 1/16" the socket for the anode (like most RV heaters)The one with built in drain screw is 1 1/8". The anode had completely gone - heater was installed a couple of years ago. If you buy one new reseal with an anti corrosive seal but allow some thread to have metal to metal contact. I used tape.
