Macerator Problem Solving...Help ?

I am having a problem with my forward macerator. When I turn on the macerator it sounds like its running for 15-20 seconds then eventually slows and the breaker kicks off. No waste is pumped out. After re-setting the breaker the macerator sounds like its working after I re-set the breaker but then the same cycle happens. Can anyone help me diagnose this problem? Could it be the impeller? Any tips for changing out the macerator so poop doesn't go all over the place?

Most problems with macerating pumps are: Hair, lint etc. in the cutter blokking the inlet and overloading the motor kicking out on overload Also sigarette butts(filters) are chewing up the impeller no pumping but continious running.
