Manual Survivor 35 on EBay

Any thoughts on the manual Survivor 35 being sold on ebay for 199?

Perhaps from the perspective of emergency and liferaft use.

Does it say how old the unit and/or the membrane is?? The stated life of the membranes is about 6 years, and new ones are about $350.

On eBay anything they don't tell you should not be assumed.

If they're the ones I've seen they've been listed for quite awhile now. I've seen him selling lots of 10 of them. Could be old warehouse stock or something being liquidated or a hot truck load! There's always the option to click the "contact seller" link and ask.

If it appears “to good to be true”, it probably is.
At about 10% of normal retail (about $1800-$1999) , $199 seems to good to be true, to me.
