Mineral deposits in solenoid-siphon valve

I have an Jabsco electric fresh water toilet. The anti-siphon valve has had done mineral stone deposits in it. I opened the valve per Jabsco YouTube video. Cleaned out a dozen small (powdery grits) to large (2-2.5 mm) stones. The water flow wouldn’t stop beforehand. Reassembled I know have a very tiny trickle. But there should be none.

Do I repeat the process and this time maybe remove the whole valve and let it sit in vinegar for a few hours? Does calcium precipitate in my fresh water tanks? Thoughts appreciated.

Re: Mineral deposits in solenoid-siphon valve

Replacing the solenoid valve is the best option...the average lifespan of a Jabsco solenoid valve is only 2-3 years.
