Re: Multiple propane devices, multiple solenoids?

Thread drift! Polite way to describe some of the gibberish that appears on this site.....This thread wasn't as bad....others contain folks who have no business adding an opinion!

Glad you got your question answered!

Thread drift thread drift? I's often in hot water. Heat it much hotter when other's in hot water. Like D. Trumponov. Thread drift and politics. Now I's in hot water.

Correct, obviously.

I have a heater, stove, instant water heater (separate bulk headed compartment, with air supply, propane sensor, and stack), and fridge, all on one solenoid/regulator/sensor network. Separate makes no sense at all, and nothing in the code or installation manuals I have seen suggests there is a need.
*Complexity
*Space
*Power draw (solenoid is significant)
*Reliability

Each has a separate line, of course.

The logic of draining charged lines is also legend.
* The is not enough gas in all of the lines to constitute a hazard. Do the math.
* All the lines will be drained when any one is depressurized. There are no check valves.
* Corrosion and misfires are reduced if the lines remain at slight positive pressure (less air intrusion).
