Cheap ball bearing fan on Amazon that came with a grill.
Do buy a few, they are cheap. I figured a ball bearing would last longer than sleeve bearings in low temps, may not though that was just a guess.
This thermostat, identical thermostat is available under several names, just be sure to get one that is F and not C unless of course you prefer Centigrade.

In the attached pic you can see that I hid the spillover T-stat behind door, and monitor both box temps with a wireless thermometer
