Ocean Technologies Electric Head Parts

Hi

My 2016 Bavaria Vision 46 has two of these.

Does anyone know where I can find parts for these in the US?

Ocean Technologies is owned by Matromarine. They claim to be distributed in 70 countries, but don't list any of 'em on their Distribuors page. However they do include an an email address and phone number (not in the US) to contact them for "parts advice and support"on their "Distributors" page here: https://matromarine.com/worldwide-distributors/

Hi Peggie,

Yup tried all that. No reply. Seems like US is not one of those countries.

What parts does it need? Some things may be interchangeable with other toilets.

I was wondering about that.

There is a check valve that comes off the macerator.

I'm going to pull it apart and look for a name or number.

Might just clean it and add a separate in line.

It looks like they have a distributor on the Gulf Coast Of Florida but it doesn't give any contact info - DOH What a weak website - maybe it's time for a different brand that's not so lame.

Hmmm,

Interesting company. They appear to have a distributor in what looks like Chernobyl and another in Timbuktu. Only one in the US but no contact info is provided. Classic case of "don't call us, we'll call you" (if and when we get around to it). However, I did find this for the parent company. https://www.google.com/search?q=matr...marine&gs_lcp=

I've been thinking the same thing. Raritan offers a "conversion kit" (everything south of the bowl) for their top-rated SeaEra Raritan SeaEra Promo Sheet This retailer has it for the best priice I've found Boatersland - Raritan Sea Era Conversion Kit
