Pushback & Leaky Vent Loop

My Jabsco toilet developed a habit of offering resistance when using the flush dry function. I opened the vent cap just a little of the vented loop I installed. That didn't seem to solve the problem, and now, of course, a trickle of water comes out from under the cap when flushing.

The holding tank is not full, and its vent to the outside does not appear to be clogged. Wet flushing is normal.

Any ideas about what's happening? Yes, I'm perfectly willing to unclog or replace the joker valve (again), if that's what it is.

Watch this utube

It sounds like you are not getting airflow in the drybowl position.

Thank you! That was very informative. Any idea about how to increase the airflow in the drybowl position?
