Raritan Crown II Stuck

The magic gremlins visited the boat while I was away this last time. They 'stuck' the forward head and now the macerator motor doesn't turn. I suspect that the motor is simply stuck in a "flat spot" and it will free up if I turn the impeller by hand a bit. Flushing water enters the bowl as usual and that pump is working. The relay closes fine and I'm 99% certain that power is getting to the motor.

Anyone had a similar experience?

Also - Raritan offers a trade-in motor assembly where you get a refurbished unit and return yours for the core charge. Anyone done that?
