RM69 toilet pump disassembly

So in my stupidity of not pumping through fully I think I've managed to block both the outlet seacock and also the piping to the holding tank. There was alot of resistance at the pump and it seemed like it was only pumping air. Afterwards the handle broke off. I'm not sure which RM69 toilet I have. It looks to be a fully sealed version however with no way to unscrew it? Does someone have experience with this?
