Well that would be a piston to center block leak. Has nothing to do with tds, only a membrane issue does that and 340 is ok.

Order a new o-ring, get a few check valve o-rings also. It is easy just take your time.

Finally getting around to replacing this seal. Never opened this pump up. Do I need to remove anything other than the 4 Allen bolts holding the end plates on, pull the end cylinder and plate off replace the seal with some silicon lube, and reassemble?

Re: Spectra 200 leak and drop in water quality

This leak is classic check valve O-rings. The manual you show in the pic is of a much older Spectra unit. Probably 20+ years old. You do need to remove the four Allen bolts to take off the cylinder to gain access to these O-rings, both cylinders need to be addressed. There are two check valve O-rings on each cylinder. There is a larger O-ring for sealing the cylinder, but this should be fine. If they are white, as I suspect, they will be brittle and break into small pieces when handled. If so, they must be replaced. No big deal. But if they are white so are the annular ring O-ring seals and they are very important to change out as well as these really affect the pumps performance.
