Spectra 340C Networking

I tried connecting our Catalina 340C to our wired network today but it doesn't seem to be working. I don't get an ip address or even a light on the network switch showing that it sees the network. I've tested the cable and it is good.

Is there something else I need to turn on in the settings? The only setting I see (in the admin section) is to turn on the wifi setting but I believe that's for POE and since I'm wired, I don't need that.
