Stove Oven Info

I want to replace my 2 burner over unit. I have been checking the information posted on several stove sites. I have looked at force 10, Dickerson, Tasco and another one that I cant remember now, and the only one that states it has a "Fully Insulated oven" is Tasco I understand they all must have at least a double wall air space (I hope) But they are the only one that states it in their info. I have written all of them and have not received any confirmation yet. So I am hopping you all can help.
Also, how hard is it to clean an oven comparing a stainless box to an enameled one.
