Thanks for the good info. Its good to hear that the outboard title is not a big deal. I am in Texas and the boats I've had before had titles on the motors.

For the tank, its going to be in the bulkhead right next to (abeam) the head. It would be an odd shaped tank. I wouldn't know how to measure for it. How good are the bag types? Is it just as easy to pump them out, or is there something special about them?
