Water heaters

I have a QL (Quality Line) water heater that just wont stop leaking! I have had it out and repaired so many times I have decided to replace it. Any advice on a well made replacement?

Re: Water heaters

When our existing heater sprung a leak, we bought an Isotherm unit which is a quality water heater Absolutely no issues with it four years after the installation.

They make several models, so perhaps one will fit your installation. Not sure if they are available down under...

Cheers!

Re: Water heaters

We have an Atwood 6g that's at least 20 years old and still going strong. Never had a lick of trouble with it.

Re: Water heaters

Big Isotherm. Stainless work is fine but changing the electric element is a pain. The overpressure valve is junk and you need to Tef Gel all the wire connectors.
I think it’s easier to have a custom tank built.
There is another tank, more expensive, but it gets better reviews. Sorry, can’t remember which. I’d never buy another Isotherm.
Mark.
