water pump for head

I purchased a Planus toilet to replace my TMC technologies that came standard with the boat (Fountaine-Pajot catamaran), I now realize that the Planus does not have a water pump incorporated as did the TMC with its macerator/pump unit.
Wandering what pump to purchase; salt water intake and don't want to go too pricey...opinions appreciated, thanks in advance.

Re: water pump for head

I suspect you might have bought the version designed to use onboard pressurized fresh water. The don't have integral intake pumps, they connect to the cold water line in your fresh water system, usually the line the feeds the head sink. If you carry enough fresh water to be able to spare some for toilet flushing, consult your owners manual for instructions to install it. If you don't, you'll need a remote intake pump. Raritan has the one I recommend...surprisingly Amazon has it for the best price.
