Watermaker pressreg slipping

I’m trying to troubleshoot a pressure regulator in a seawater pro Watermaker.

In making water yesterday, I found that the pressure regulator screw started to work its way backwards until the PSI fell from 900 to 300. It seems to lack staying power, maybe due to a spring weakening?
