Anchor Winch Problem

Hi all,Would like any info. as to why my windless is slipping and no its not the clutch.Lofrans cayman 88- wont pull the anchor chain appears as though the clutch needs tightening as it doesnt seem to grab.Thanks Geoff.

Thanks Gord yeah i had already printed off the blow up ready to dismantle the unit tommorrow,was just hoping someone had a similar problem and how to fix.
