Andersen winch replacement parts?

We have 4 of the Andersen 46ST winches aboard our new to us boat. 3 of them have a cracked or missing top disc spring/cap. (part no. 712210) I am having a hard time sourcing replacement ones.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look?

OR alternatively, since there are 3 that have failed, Andersen makes the self tailing top for this winch in the 46ST FS model with the full stainless top (part no. 544530 vs the plastic cap part no. 544521). Does anyone know if this is interchangeable and if so, where to find it?
