Any experience with ATN Gale Sails?

I need a storm jib for my 37' Sunbeam. I am not real enthused about dropping my roller furled 135% Genny in much wind. That's a lot of sail to be wrestling around on deck.

The Gale Sail looks like a pretty interesting solution. I even had a sail maker recommend it (as opposed to selling me one of his jibs). But it would sure be nice to hear from someone who has used one.

There was a similar post in the monohull forum but we haven't gotten any response. I hope this is a more appropriate place.

I have a Gale Sail for my 33ft Seawind 1000 cat. I've used it twice "in anger" - each time it was easy to set and performed really well. The one time I didn't use it, the 2/3 furled roller jib set like a dog, making Serrano hard to handle compared to with the Gale Sail. I have the sheets permanently attached to it, so I use a couple of sail ties to keep the sheets from the furled jib secure and out of the way at the base of the forestay.
