Beneteau 473 Cutter Rig

I need some help - I wish to convert my Beneteau 473 - SLOOP - to a cutter rig - So 473 owners who have a cutter rig , may be able to help . The standard fitting point on the deck ( point in the deck moulding ) is 1.87 back from the Forestay - this coincides with the rear bulkhead of the anchor locker ( a strong point ) . So am happy that point is correct . On every 473 - cutter rigged , I have looked at , the cutter stay runs parallel to the forestay , but I am told by the sailmakers , that the cutter stay can only run to a specific and strengthened point on the Mast ( Selden mast ) , usually at a spreader attachment point . Can a 473 owner out there who has a cutter rig , confirm the attachment point on the mast - from the attachment point down to deck level- to the base of the mast . I am in South Africa and of course the boat is in Greece .Selden have not been much help .
I would appreciate any help .

Did a similar project on my Hylas with a Selden rig. My rigger was able to get detailed instructions and part numbers from Selden. Selden US does not deal with boat owners directly.
