Boom Brake/ Preventer Parts

After a bit of searching I found out that this is a boom brake or preventer (not a vang). This is a picture of one like mine.
Does anyone know where to find this type of strap/webbing? Was thinking of ordering some seat belt strap but wanted to find out if there is something more specialized/specific to the application. I'm not sure who makes this one but it doesn't seem like it's still in production.
