Broken spreader: Need help!
I have a broken spreader, which looks like this:

The spreader has now been removed and what remains is to dismantle the rigging part:

Would anybody be able to advise how to dismantle this part? As you can see there are welds here. Which part should turn? Do I need to remove the welds? The boat is a Grand Soleil 52 from 1991.
