Can you id this furler

On a friends new to him Boat, a 37’ endeavor, the furler is jammed up. Can anyone help us identify this or maybe even post a parts breakdown?
Thanks,
Bill in JB

Re: Can you id this furler

Now that sailmonkey has ID'd this furler for me, I have found a wealth of information on-line. The headstay is still up with the headsail removed. Can I change the lower bearings without taking the headstay down. I'm asking this question because the Rig-Rite web site says that the entire furler must come down.
thanks in advance,
Bill in JB

Yes, its an old Hyde streamstay. Best way to repair it unfortunately is to cut it up and put it in the dumpster. It's a fundamentally flawed design with the stay intergated into the extrusion (no seperate support for the mast )

Re: Can you id this furler

Thanks to all. PCMM mirrored my initial thoughts about replacing it.
My buddy plans on replacing it with a CDI Flexible F7 furler.
Not a Harken but it's a lot more affordable. Any thoughts on CDI?
thanks,
