carbon rigging retrofit for rod

hello,
wondering if anyone has done a retrofit from rod to carbon standing rigging? been interested in the weight, integration, and longevity claims. been looking at futurefibers ec3 and lightspeedrigging.com among some others.
this would be for a baltic 43.
thanks
