Cracked Spreader - Rigger in Nassau ?

Looks like I have a crack in my lower spreader, right at the pin to the base at the mast. I am close to Nassau Harbour so I will pull in today under power.

Does anyone know a good rigger in Nassau?

Brown's didn't know anyone, except maybe a welder if I could get the old spreader down. It would probably crack prematurely in the heat affected zone, but I'm wondering if that would get me on my way while rigrite.com makes me a new spreader (or pair) to replace when they arrive...

After going up the stick I found that the spreader must have had some previous damage, as there was a weld bead right along the area that had cracked. I didn't think there was any sense in trying to weld it again so I went through my old rigger (Rob Mundell of True North Sailing Services in Daytona) to get a new set of spreaders shipped out to me. They should be here tomorrow, thought it made sense to replace the pair rather than risk another failure soon.

Hang on to that other good one! I broke one in Ft Lauderdale at the City Docks when I hit a tree that was handing over the river.
