Does this stainless tube end "fitting" have a name?

I'm trying to find some stainless tubing to mount a monitor windvane. I just need the lower struts, which are 1.25" OD tubing, and I have the fittings on the left that attach to the windvane. The side that connects to the boomkin is simple (circled). Does this feature have a name? It appears to be contunous with the tube, as if flattened with a hole drilled through -- or is it a fitting that has been wlded, ground, and polished ot made look seemless? Either way, my search terms have so far been fruitless at yielding any results.

One thing I have found a lot of is various end caps, genrally used for building bimini structures, which might be suitable here too.

Hmm, do they not sell pre-fabbed tube with flattened clevis ends on one side? Is it just something that the shop usually takes care of when you're doing a job like this professionally?

E.g. https://www.tubebending.net/tubeflattening.html

Can the tube be flattened and trimmed by a lowly amateur like myself without compromising or work hardening the material?

After further research, it appears these are generally created with hydraulic presses and dies, and I don't think I can DIY a solution here that would be more affordable/better than just buying the parts fron Scanmar.

For those interested though:

I flattened the end of a tube for my stern rail, 1" OD, can't remember if I used a big vise or my chinese ebay 10 ton press that only goes to 6 tons. Either way, it was easy! Work hardening is not a concern, this tubing forms really nicely and will be plenty strong- the people doing it professionally are not doing anything special.
