double jaw strap toggle



Not the exact picture of mine. What I see have no obvious locking hardware, no clevis pin extension beyond the toggle to take a cotter pin, for instance. I would have to assume the pin is pressed into the eye of the stay? ie: what would keep the pin in??

on ones where the pin doesn't have anything visible to keep it in, it's pressed. You can't get it out, and you can't get the toggle off it.
It's very common these days, but I hate it because the pin can crevice-corrode and can't be removed for inspection.
