Double jaw vs strap style toggle?

Is there Any difference in articultion between these?

I have a strap one now for the top of the forestay....is this good enough?

The size is more important than the difference in style. Either should supply enough articulation to get the stay in line, and it doesn't move thereafter.

The difference is that one usually puts the pins at 90 degrees to each other and the other doesn't. It probably doesn't matter it your case, as long as you can get at the cotters and all.
