Downwind sail rigging

I am newer to sailing but want to get a down wind as the winds here in Southern California can be on the lighter side. That said, I want to make sure I am getting everything I need and not missing anything. I am thinking a furling asymmetric spinnaker (A2 perhaps). The boat has rigging for an asymmetrical spinnaker on the bowsprit. That said, looks like I’ll need the asym, top down further, torsion line, and continuous furling lines. Anything else and any recommended places in Southern California for these?
