Electric winsch issue

I am planning to replace my manual mainsail winsch with an electrical one. With this winsch I will also get the mainsail up, manage the single line reefing, and also get our tender up, since the davits are raised with a line through the mast top.

Anyone out there who has any experience with electric winsches? Do the only have one speed? I read that for example Lewmar Evo adjusted its speed according to the pressure.
I don't have any experience from electrical winsches, so any information is appreciated.
