Fico RG1222 Cheek Block Replacement

I had one of these cheek blocks break (yes, I know they are really old) and I want to replace the set without drilling new deck holes. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

I am double checking but I believe the hole pattern is rectangle 3-3/4" X 2-1/8"
