FlexiTeek: experience and how long does it last

I"m buying a 4 year old boat with Flexiteek and it looks generally ok but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with Flexiteek thats 4+ years old...any thoughts on durability beyond this age?

Re: FlexiTeek: experience and how long does it last

Our boat has had Flexiteak for the last 12 years and it still looks great. There are a few spots here and there where the "teak" has pulled away slightly from the "caulk" but unless you look for it or stare it doesn't stick out.
