Genoa T Track replacement

As you know from my previous pleas for help I have recently acquired a CT-41 and I am becoming proficient at breaking everything I touch. The original jib track had a minor crack so I decided to go about removing it. The track is about 3.5 metres long and mounted on the bulwarks. It had 43 fasteners holding it down which consisted of a mix of wood screws and then machined screws possibly with a bolt inside the bulwark? About 80% of the fasteners snapped off at the thread on the port side, the starboard side had a slightly better ratio.

There is a teak trim on the bulwark and there was a lip on that trim where the track was screwed/bolted down. There was no bedding on the screws and as such the top lip is badly damaged from water ingress. I am planning on somehow removing all the screws (I guess with ez outs); removing the damaged lip; sanding and varnishing the trim; and installing the new T track.

When it comes to the new T-Track I am unsure of how to mount it as there is no access from underneath. I have little experience with epoxy but in the West systems guide it states machined screws are the strongest and to bed them in an oversize hole with epoxy. Most of my frustration so far in this short period of owning a boat has been that things are installed without any thought of removing in the future. I read in a thread that someone had used keenserts for there jib track which seems like the best idea so far but if anyone has any advice or other suggestions I'm all ears.

Does anyone have any recommendations for T-Tracks? I see the Lewmar size 2 NTR kit is reasonably priced but the track is only 2 metres as opposed to the 3.5 metres I have pulled off yet it states for boats up to 48ft. In the little sailing I have done so far I did not touch the fairlead much as it seemed to look pretty good around the centre mark so I think maybe the 2 metre would work out okay.

I have attached some photos for your viewing. Thanks again
